Recently moved in and loving it so far! Kevin is super accommodating and replies to questions in a timely manner. He also holds packages and notifies you of them. The space is great for the price. Location is perfect. Loving the larger bathtub and storage space.
One opportunity is definitely the guest access/delivery at the front gate. Overall, it feels like home and we like it here.

Kevin, the manager at this complex has literally been the best. He answered all my questions and concerns about the leasing agreement and process. I wish he could have been the property manager at all my old apartment complexes. They would have been a lot nicer if that were the case. Thanks Kevin!

His approach was so positive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above an beyond to help me and I cant thank him enough!
Best apartments I have ever lived at. The staff working there is so respectful and kind. Especially the young man Kevin. I have seen him multiple times go out of his way to take care of the people that live here. If you are looking for a new place to call home. Go see Kevin! He will take great care of you.
